The data about macrozoobenthos of the water reservoirs, located in special protected national territories, appears a necessary base for the carrying out of the further monitoring investigations of the conditions of water objects, preparing of the plans of biodiversity management. Composition of macrozoobenthos of the republican landscape special nature reserve 'Sinsha' is researched and presented in the article. The number of invertebrate animals in the lakes of 'Sinsha' reserve is evaluated; species composition of the macrozoobenthos is analyzed. More than 80 species of water invertebrate animals are discovered, 4 types of animals are reflected (Mollusca, Platyhelminthes, Annelida, Arthropoda). Three protected in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus species are researched: Astacus astacus (Linnaeus, 1758), Brachytron pretense (Muller, 1764) and Gomphus flavipes (Charpentier, 1825).
