By the example of the functioning of the five different industrial dairy complexes of the Republic of Belarus - "Mikhajlovka" CHSDUP Mikhajlovskoe Agro (Svetlogorsk district of the Gomel area) with a livestock of cows in quantity 720 heads; Serkovitsy Ridomlskij (Tolochin district of Vitebsk area) on 800 cows; Berezovitsa of the Republican affiliated unitary enterprise on breeding business ZhodinoAgroPlemEhlita (Smolevichi district of the Minsk area) on 850 cows; Chernovka Branch "Agro-BoksZootekh" of joint venture "OC "Uniboks" (Cherven' district of the Minsk area) with mid-annual quantity of cows - 409; "Plebantsy" SPK "Ignatichi" in the Minsk area on 800 cows - milk quality indicators were studied. Researches were spent within the limits of the State scientific and technical program "Agroindustrial complex - steady development" for 2011-2015. Object of researches were modern industrial complexes with loose housing system for cows and the "know-how" of milk most typical for Byelorussia. A chemical compound of milk estimated under the contents of mass fraction of fat, protein, lactose, and also a mass fraction of the dry skim rest (SOMO) in the milk tests taken individually from each cow. At an estimation of milk quality defined following physical and chemical properties and sanitary-and-hygienic parameters: mechanical impurity; density; bacterial number, somatic cells. Research results are used to generate proposals to move to a more efficient technology of automated milking of cows in the milking parlors at sites like "Elochka" and "Parallel"
