Barley is one of the major crops that are cultivated at 1.54 million hectares in dry land and irrigated conditions of Iran, and it is the second crop in our country. In order to introducing new suitable high yielding barley varieties for cold dry lands, regional yield trial were carried out with 15 advanced barley lines (comprised with local and commercial checks) in Qamlu cold dry station. The experiment was conducted in RCB design with 4 replications in 3 years (2010-13). Simple and combined analyses of variance were done. Considering 471.3 kgha, was the highest. Combined analyses showed that there were significant differences among genotypes at 5% level. Comparing with check variety with 2649 kgha was superior. In this case Lowest Significant Differences was 346.3 kgha as L.S.D. Genotypes number 4, 3, 5 with yield of 3403, 3375, 3301 kg.
