A study on contamination of wax-paper with Bacillus larva in workingplaces in Esfahan province.

Start of project : Aban of 1388 (october 2009 ) End of project : Esfand of 1390 (march of 2012) Totall samples : 346 Working-place salvage numbers : 3 Provinces samples : 7 -- include: Isfahan (Najafabad, Kahsan, Khomeinishahr, Daran, Fereidan, Shahreza) Khozestan (Shoshtar, Eizeh) Chaharmahalebakhtiyari (Shahrekord,Saman, broujen) Kohgiloyeh Boirahmar (Yasoj) Fars (Abadeh) Arak (Arak) Kermanshah (Kermanshah) Cultuer media in this project was MYGP Agar Media We took samples in 3 stages : Befor heating - First heating & Final product We tried have samples of 3 stage for everyspecimen,but could not possible for all.We had 163 samples only of befor heating, 94 samples of befor heating and first heating (same specimen) & 89 samples of 3 stages of same specimen. We found 8 samples with catalase negative bacillus but positive movment(Ah6-Ah80 - Ah81 - Ah122 - Ah123 - Ah212 - Ah213 - Ah253) therefore these were not Bacillus Larva . We worked in 346 samples with MYGP Agar Media, in 253 specimen no grow bacillus, 85 samples positive catalase bacillus & 8 specimen negative catalase bacillus but no of them were Bacillus Larva . Although these Working-place salvage work with old method but by high temperature kill most of pathogen microorganisms like Bacillus Larva.
