Isolation, molecular identification by PCR and Antimicrobial Drug Resistance Pattern of Ornithobacterium Rhinotracheale (ORT) in suspected poultry flock with ornitobacteriosis been referral to veterinary clinics in capital of razavi khorasan province.

Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale (ORT) is as a new born bacterial agent in our poultry industry. Existence and definitive diagnosis of disease can be effective in poultry ofRazavi Khorasan province in reducing casualties and economic losses. This research is done for isolation and molecular identification of bacteria ORT. This bacteria is a gram- negative rod, polymorphic that can infect the respiratory tract of poultry and complex other respiratory disease too .This study was conducted on 150 lung tissue samples from poultry with respiratory tract diseases signs. Infected lung samples, were obtained from private clinics of Mashhad. Lungs of all patients transported to the laboratory in sterile conditions and were cultured in specific environments. On suspected colonies is done biochemical proprietary, which four samples confirmed as primary diagnosis. After DNA extraction these bacteria , the PCR test were confirmed final Molecular diagnosis , Then Antibiogram test were performed on isolated examples above , and based on result , all of samples were resistant to Sultrim, Neomycin, Lincomycin, Gentamycin, Flumequin, Erythromycin, Difloxacin and Colistin, and these were sensitive to Tiamulin, Oxytetracycline, Furazolidone, Florfenicol, Enrofloxacin, Doxycycline, Danofloxacine, Chlortetracycline, and Chloramphenicol . Two samples of these bacteria were sensitive to the antibiotic neomycin, while the other 2 samples were resistant to this antibiotic. The one sample were sensitive, Lincomycin and Flumequin, and other sample were sensitive to Difloxacin, while the rest of the samples were resistant to these antibiotics.
