The aim of the study was to evaluate the genetic resources conservation program corresponding Latvian breed goats (LVK) milk productivity during the period from 2002 to December, 2015. LVK breed goats were divided into four groups depending on the amount of blood to the Latvian State Conservatory. Significantly higher yield –534.6±24.7 kg was LVK purebred goats with 100% bloodiness. The protein content of milk between different bloodiness goats did not differ significantly, but the highest fat content – 0.02±3.92% was determined in group where LVK bloodiness was from 75.0 to 87.49% (P is less than 0.05). In all four bloodiness groups at first lactation, goats had significantly lower milk yield, but starting from the second lactation milk yield increased and the increase retained to 5th lactation. By evaluation of related breeds blood impact on the Latvian genetic resource goat milk productivity we concluded that the highest milk yield – 545.8±20.5 kg was in group where LVK goats was mated with goats with unknown origin or unrelated breeds, but Toggenburg (TOG) and Thiringian (TIR) crosses with LVK improved variety of milk proteins (3.38±0.05%) and fat (3.89±0.08%).
