Influenta remediului Apifitostimulin asupra activitatii transaminazelor serice la ovine | Effect of the remedy Apiphytostimulin on the activity of serum transminases in sheep

The aim of this paper was to argue the beneficial effect of the remedy based on bee products - Apiphytostimulin on the function of sheep liver. In order to achieve the intended purpose, the following objectives have been stated: to study the effect of the remedy Apiphytostimulin on the fermentation profile of serum transaminase and Ritis coefficient in the blood serum of sheep. The experiment included a group of 10 sheeps in late gestation period, that received twice the remedy Apiphytostimulin (at the interval of 14 days) and other 10 sheeps used as a control group. It was determined the activity of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and Ritis coefficient from the blood serum. The study results demonstrated a positive effect of this remedy on the fermentation profile, especially on the liver function of animals that received the remedy, compared with the animals from the control group, which recorded liver changes specific for the sheep in late gestation period.
