Considering the established impact of lead asp pollutant on human and animal health, the present study was initiated to investigate the potential use of corn oil, flaxseed oil and black seed oil to cure histological testicular damage induced by lead acetate in albino mice. The studies showed that lead acetate induced severe testicular damage represented by atrophy. The black seed oil however reduced the atrophy and degeneration of testicular tissue compared with those treated with flaxseed oil and corn oil.
