The peculiarities of seasonal dynamics of morphological and physiological indices of sturgeon juveniles at different stages of the life cycle, grown in cages | Особенности сезонной динамики морфофизиологических показателей молоди осетровых рыб, выращиваемой в садковых комплексах, на разных этапах жизненного цикла

English. The object of study was Russian sturgeon (RS) juvenile fish (Acipenser gueldenstaedti Brandt) and hybrid forms of Lena sturgeon (LS) (Acipenser baeri Brandt) with Russian sturgeon (LS x RS) and Russian sturgeon with Lena sturgeon (RS x LS). A complex of researches, revealing the features of the fish wintering in fishponds was carried out. At the time of wintering, juvenile fish of hybrid forms and juvenile fish of Russian sturgeon were kept in fishing-cribs under commodity farm conditions, the fishing-cribs were dipped into the water for no more than 2.5-3.0 m, and the juvenile fish were not fed. The seasonal dynamics of the growth rate, the recovery time of a mass loss of the juvenile fish after a long wintering were researched. The concentration of hemoglobin and serum protein in the juvenile fish's blood as well as lipids, cholesterol and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were determined at different age stages of the grown juvenile fish. It is established that the rate of growth of the hybrid (RS x LS), both yearlings and juvenile fish at the age of 1+, was higher. From the larval stage, the survival rate of Russian sturgeon yearlings was 33%, of the hybrid (LSx RS) - 42.2%, and of the hybrid (RS x LS) -25%. It is noted that during the wintering Russian sturgeon yearlings showed an increase in the concentration of total hemoglobin to 55.4 ± 5.3 grams per liter, however, with the growth of fish the hemoglobin content stabilized within 49.2 ± 1.8 to 49.3 ± 1.8 grams per liter. The hybrid (LS x RS), in contrast, showed a decrease of hemoglobin level approximately to 1.8 times. With the growth of the juvenile fish, the stabilization of hemoglobin content within the normal range, i.e. to 44.0 ± 2.5 to 44.8 ± 1.7 grams per liter was determined. After autumn and wintering period, the restoring of the lost body mass of Russian sturgeon juvenile fish lasted for 20-21 days, of the hybrids (RS x LS) and (LS x RS) - 20-22 days and 25-27 days respectively.

Объектом изучения являлись молодь русского осетра (Acipenser gueldenstaedti Brandt) и гибридные формы ленского осетра (Acipenser baeri Brandt) с русским (ЛО x РО) и русского осетра с ленским (РО x ЛО). Выполнен комплекс исследований, раскрывающих особенности зимовки этих рыб в садковых хозяйствах. Во время зимовки молодь гибридных форм и русского осетра в условиях товарного хозяйства содержали в садках, заглубленных в воду не более чем на 2,5-3,0 м, и не кормили. Была исследована сезонная динамика темпа роста, сроки восстановления потерь массы потомства после длительной зимовки. На разных возрастных этапах у выращенной молоди определяли концентрацию гемоглобина и сывороточного белка в крови, липиды, холестерин и скорость оседания эритроцитов. Установлено, что по темпу роста как сеголеток, так и молоди в возрасте 1+ доминировал гибрид (РО x ЛО). С личиночного этапа выживаемость сеголеток русского осетра составила 33%, гибрида (ЛО x РО) - 42,2%, (РО x ЛО) - 25%. За время зимовки у годовиков русского осетра произошло повышение концентрации общего гемоглобина до 55,4 ± 5,3 г/л, однако с ростом рыб содержание гемоглобина стабилизировалось в пределах 49,2 ± 1,8-49,3 ± 1,8 г/л. У гибрида (ЛО x РО), напротив, отмечено снижение уровня гемоглобина примерно в 1,8 раза. С ростом молоди отмечена стабилизация содержания гемоглобина в пределах нормы, т. е. до 44,0 ± 2,5-44,8 ± 1,7 г/л. Восстановление потерянной массы тела с осени и за время зимовки у молоди русского осетра продлилось 20-21 сутки, у гибрида (РО x ЛО) и (ЛО x РО) - 25-27 и 20-22 суток соответственно.
