Исследование процесса увлажнения зерна перед помолом на спиральном шнеке | The study of wheat grain tempering in tempering screw prior to grinding

Russian. Экспериментально определяли влияние влажности исходного сырья (зерна пшеницы), поступающего на I драную систему, на выход муки и основные показатели её качества. Также определяли коэффициент внутреннего трения зерна в бункере со спиральным шнеком. Показано, что оптимальная влажность зерна I драной системы равна 17,0%, так как именно при этом значении достигаются лучшие показатели количества и качества готовой продукции: влажность муки высшего сорта – 15%, 1-го сорта – 14,8%, манной крупы – 15,4%, количество муки высшего сорта – 20,5%, манной крупы – 4%, общий выход муки – 75,5%. Отклонение влажности зерна на I драной системе в большую или меньшую сторону приводит к снижению эффективности переработки зерна пшеницы. Для определения влияния влажности на угол внутреннего трения на спиральном шнеке использовалась экспериментальная установка для формирования конуса из сыпучих материалов и замера параметров этого конуса. Было вычислено, что оптимальная влажность при максимальной производительности перед I драной системой составляет 15%. В этом случае угол внутреннего трения равен 37,4 град. На эти значения (округленные до целых) и предлагается ориентироваться при дальнейших расчетах.

The effect of the moisture content of the feedstock (wheat grain) being fed to the 1 Break system on flour-extraction and the main flour quality indices were experimentally determined, and the internal-friction coefficient of grain in the scroll screw hopper was determined. It is shown that the most optimum grain moisture level of 1 Break system is 17.0% as particularly with this value the best indices of the finished product quantity and quality are achieved: moisture content of the premium grade flour – 15%, that of the 1-st grade flour – 14.8%, and that of semolina – 15.4%; the amount of premium grade flour made 20.5%, that of semolina – 4%, and the total flour-extraction ratio made up 75.5%. The deviation of grain moisture level at 1 Break system may decrease the efficiency of wheat grain processing. To determine the influence of moisture content on the internal friction angle at a scroll screw an experimental apparatus was used to form a cone of loose materials and to measure the parameters of this cone. It was calculated that the optimum moisture content at the maximum through-put prior to 1 Break system is 15%. In that case the internal friction angle made is 37.4 deg. These values (rounded up to the whole numbers) are invited to be oriented to for further calculations.
