The evaluation of photosynthetic activity and productivity of spring soft wheat genotypes of the KASIB nursery under the conditions of the southern forest-steppe of West Siberia

В 2013 и 2014 гг. были проанализированы сорта яровой мягкой пшеницы международного питомника 14-15 КАСИБ (Казахстано-Сибирской программы по улучшению пшеницы) с целью оценки фотосинтетической активности и урожайности, а также выделения наиболее перспективных сортов для дальнейшей селекционной работы в условиях южной лесостепи Западной Сибири. Результаты проведённых исследований показали, что общая ассимиляционная поверхность генотипов яровой мягкой пшеницы возрастает от 4,70-5,11 см2 в фазу кущения до 26,88-29,31 см2 в фазу колошения. Коэффициент вариации исследуемого показателя может меняться от среднего до значительного (16,3-19,3%), что говорит о большом генотипическом разнообразии сортов по площади листовой поверхности. Доля вклада боковых побегов в общую ассимиляционную поверхность в течение периода вегетации составляет 21,8-34,4%, доля вклада площади флагового листа – 44,9-46,1%. Погодные условия периода вегетации оказывают значительное влияние на рост листовой поверхности генотипов яровой мягкой пшеницы: наблюдается прямая тесная сопряжённость общей ассимиляционной поверхности с суммой осадков (r = +0,585:+0,917). Сопряжённость с температурой может меняться от прямой (r = +0,424) до обратной (r = -0,636). По максимальным показателям фотосинтетической активности и урожайности в питомнике КАСИБ выделены следующие сорта пшеницы: в группе среднеранних – Челяба ранняя и Степная 1414

среднеспелых – Сигма и Лютесценс 141/03-2 (Сигма 2)

English. The spring wheat varieties of the International Nursery 14-15 KASIB (Kazakhstan-Siberian Program on Wheat Improvement) were studied in 2013 and 2014 with the purpose of evaluating the photosynthetic activity and yielding capacity and identifying the most promising varieties for further selective breeding work under the conditions of the southern forest-steppe of West Siberia. The results of the study have shown that the total assimilating area of spring wheat genotypes increases from 4.70-5.11 cm2 at tillering stage to 26.88-29.31cm2 at heading stage. The variation coefficient of the index under study may vary from medium to significant (16.3-19.3%) which is indicative of a large genotypic diversity of the varieties in terms of leaf area. The contribution of tillers to the total assimilating area during the growing season is 21.8-34.4%, and that of the flag leaf area is 44.9-46.1%. The weather conditions of the growing season have a significant effect on the growth of the leaf area of spring wheat genotypes: there is a strong relation of the total assimilating area with the total precipitation (r = +0.585:+0.917). The relation with the temperature may vary from direct (r = +0.424) to inverse (r = -0.636). The following varieties were identified in terms of the maximum indices of photosynthetic activity and yielding capacity in the KASIB nursery: in the group of middle-early ones – Chelyaba rannyaya and Stepnaya 1414

in the group of middle-late ones – Lutescens 220/03-83 and Sibirskaya 17. The results will be used in the further breeding work.
