The influence of biohumus and azophoska on the properties of grey forest soil and corn fertility

Russian. Показана возможность переработки пищевых отходов методом вермикультуры в эффективное экологически безопасное удобрение - биогумус. Цель исследования - изучить действие нового вида биогумуса (БГ) и азофоски (АФ) на показатели плодородия агросерой почвы и урожайность кукурузы. Объектами исследований являлись агросерая почва, БГ, полученный путем переработки пищевых отходов калифорнийским червем Eiseniafetida, АФ, кукуруза сорт Сибирячка. Питательным субстратом для червей служила смесь кухонных отходов: картофельные, луковые, свекольные очистки и банановой кожуры. Пищевые отходы смешивали с почвой в соотношении 65:35% по весу, затем увлажняли. Влажность субстрата поддерживали на уровне 70-80%, температура вермикомпостирования составила 19-20 град. С. Апробацию полученного БГ и АФ проводили на агросерой почве в вегетационно-полевом опыте (в сосудах). Дозы внесения БГ были 3 т/га (1-кратная) и 6 т/га (2-кратная). Доза внесения АФ эквивалентна БГ по содержанию азота. Каждое удобрение применялось по отдельности и в смеси в равном соотношении. Всего сравнивали 7 вариантов опыта -в 4-кратной повторности.. Установлено, что вносимые удобрения способствуют достоверному повышению содержания гумуса в почве по отношению к контролю. Исключение составил вариант с АФ, вносимой в дозе, эквивалентной 3 т/га БГ, где содержание гумуса не увеличилось. Внесение в почву 3 и 6 т/га БГ способствовало изменению реакции почвенной среды от слабокислой в контроле до близкой к нейтральной. Минимальная урожайность кукурузы сформировалась в контроле - 293 г/сосуд (169 ц/га). Применение 3 т/га БГ в почву на фоне АФ, вносимой в количестве, эквивалентном БГ, способствовало статистически значимому повышению валовых форм азота, фосфора и формированию максимальной урожайности кукурузы, прибавка которой составила 24% к контролю. Показано, что энергетическая эффективность БГ выше, чем АФ, и изменялась от 2,28 до 8,78 ед. в зависимости от варианта опыта.

unknown. The possibility of food wastes processing is shown by the method of vermiculture into an effective environmentally sound fertilizer, called biohumus. The aim of the research was to study the influence of new type of biohumus and azophoska on the indexes of grey forest soil fertility and productivity of corn. The objects of researches were grey forest soil, biohumus obtained by the authors with the use of food wastes processing method by Californian worm Eiseniafetida, azophoska and the corn of a Siberian sort (Sibiryachka). As a nutrient substrate for the worms served a mixture of kitchen wastes: potato, onion, beet and banana peels. Food waste was mixed with soil at a ratio of 65:35% according to the weight, and then it was moistened. The humidity of the substrate was maintained at the level of 70-80%, the temperature of the vermicomposting amounted to 19-20 deg. C. Testing of the resulting biohumus and azophoska was performed on the grey forest soil of experimental plot (in vessels). The doses of biohumus introduction were 3 t/hectare (1-fold) and 6 t/hectare (2-fold). The dose of azophoska was equivalent to biohumus. Each fertilizer was applied individually and in a mixture in equal proportions. The experiment was repeated four times. The total sample size was equal to 28. It was established that different doses of fertilizer in grey forest soil contribute to a significant increase of humus content to the control. The only exception was the variant with azophoska introduced in a dose equivalent to 3 t/hectare biohumus, where the content was on the level of the control. Soil 3 and 6 t/hectare of biohumus contributed to the change in soil reaction from slightly acid environment on it until it became close to neutral. The lowest yield of corn, formed at the control, was 293 g/vessel (169 kg/hectare). The application of 3 t/hectare in the soil biohumus in the background of azophoska made in the amount equivalent to biohumus, contributed to a statistically significant increased gross forms of nitrogen, phosphorus and the formation of maximum yields of corn, which amounted to 24% of the control. It was shown that the energy efficiency of biohumus was higher than that of azophoska, and changed from 2.28 to 8.78% depending on the experiment.
