Russian. Рассматривается состояние российского рынка мяса в части его наполнения импортными ресурсами в период с сентября 2013 г. по сентябрь 2014 г. Анализируется динамика физических объемов импорта и структурные изменения в разрезе стран-поставщиков. Установлено, что за рассматриваемый период удалось обеспечить существенное сокращение физического объема поставок свинины и мяса птицы в Российскую Федерацию, благодаря вытеснению с рынка поставщиков из стран, подпадающих под ответные санкции России. Процесс изменения физических объемов сопровождался структурной перестройкой импорта мяса, в частности, существенно выросла рыночная доля стран Латинской Америки и Турции. Наименее чувствительным к изменениям внешне- и внутриэкономической ситуации оказался рынок говядины: за рассматриваемый период импорт говядины составлял около 50 тысяч тонн в месяц. Импорт свинины за год снизился примерно втрое. На рынке птицы имеется устойчивая тенденция к снижению среднемесячных объемов импорта птицы на рынок РФ с дальнейшей их стабилизацией у нового равновесного значения, на уровне 10–15 тысяч тонн в месяц. Мясной подкомплекс РФ получил возможность для ускоренного накопления конкурентных преимуществ и технического перевооружения. Основной задачей для отечественного мясного подкомплекса остается снижение ресурсоемкости производства, уменьшение удельных производственных издержек и техническое перевооружение отрасли на базе передовых средств производства от ведущих российских производителей. Для отечественного птицеводства актуальным становится выход на мировой рынок. Это, позволит избежать избыточного предложения на внутреннем рынке и, при обеспечении прочных позиций на внешних рынках, позволит приблизиться к новому уровню экономии на масштабе, обеспечить дополнительный прирост технологической и экономической эффективности производства.

English. The condition of the Russian meat market regarding its filling by import resources during the period from September 2013 to September 2014 is considered. Dynamics of import physical volumes and structural changes in a section of supplying countries is analyzed. It is established that for the considered period it succeeded to provide an essential reduction of physical volume of pork and fowl deliveries to the Russian Federation, thanks to replacement from the market of suppliers from the countries falling under retaliatory sanctions of Russia. Process of physical volumes change was followed by restructuring of meat import, in particular, the market share of Latin America countries and Turkey significantly grew. The market of beef appeared to be the least sensitive to changes foreign - and domestic economic situation: for the period under consideration import of beef made up about 50 thousand tons a month. The pork import for the year decreased approximately three times. In the fowl market there is a steady tendency to decrease in average monthly volumes of fowl import to the RF market with their further stabilization at the new equilibrium value at the level of 10-15 thousand tons of a month The RF meat subcomplex had an opportunity for the accelerated accumulation of competitive advantages and modernization. The main objective for a domestic meat subcomplex there is a decrease in resource production intensity, reduction of specific production expenses and modernization of the branch on the basis of the production advanced means from the leading Russian producers.
