Influence of shadberry tincture on rabbits' erythrogenesis | Влияние настоя плодов ирги обыкновенной на эритропоэз кроликов

English. Research was conducted in vivarium conditions in Ryazan in February-March, 2014. Shadberry extract (SE) influence on rabbits erythropoiesis after state close to chronic anemia (was reached by daily taking of 10 ml of blood for 14 days) was determined. In order to prepare the SE shadberry fruits were placed in cold water in the ratio 1:10; held for 12 h; heated on a nice bath, not allowing the extract to boil; held for 2 more h. SE later was applied to animals in the dose of 10 ml per head a day. Male rabbits of the Californian breed aged four-five months were used in the experiment and were divided into experiment and control groups, 10 animals in each. Groups were selected by the analog principle. The control group had the main diet consisting of 130.0 g of hay, 60.0 g of barley, 25.0 g of oats, 30.0 g of wheat bran, 100.0 g of potatoes, and the distilled water. The experiment group had water SE (orally with drinking water) along with the main diet. It has been found that adding SE to the diet of the experiment group rabbits stimulates hemogenesis. In a case with the SE one can see some blood exponents' over activity that is due to the drug stimulating effect. The animals that got the SE have had the red blood parameters earlier than those of the control animals. So the hemoglobin level of the experiment group has restored by the 12th day and in the control group- by the 18th day. The number of erythrocytes has restored on the 6th and 8th days respectively. The maximum difference between parameters of the experiment and control groups has been in erythrocytes number on the 18th day -11.8%, whereas in hemoglobin level on the 14th day - 14.4%, in hematocrit on the 18th day - 14.4%. As a result of the research it was found that daily oral introduction of shadberry fruits infusion to the rabbit organism in the dose of 10 ml per day stimulates erythropoiesis. SE is recommended to be used for prophylaxis and recovery of rabbits' normal blood for 18-20 days.

Russian. Исследования были проведены в условиях вивария в 2014 г. Устанавливали влияние настоя плодов ирги (НИ) на эритропоэз у кроликов после состояния, близкого к хронической анемии (достигалось путем ежедневного взятия крови в объеме 10 мл в течение 14 сут). Для получения НИ плоды ирги заливали холодной водой в соотношении 1:10; настаивали в течение 12 ч; нагревали на водяной бане, не допуская кипения настоя; настаивали еще 2 ч. НИ выпаивали животным в дозе 10 мл на голову в сутки. В опыте использовали самцов кроликов калифорнийской породы в возрасте 4-5 месяцев, которые были разделены на опытную и контрольную группы по 10 голов в каждой. Группы подбирали по принципу аналогов. Контрольная группа получала основной рацион, состоящий из 130,0 г сена, 60,0 г ячменя, 25,0 г овса, 30,0 г отрубей пшеничных, 100,0 г картофеля, и дистиллированную воду. Опытная группа к основному рациону получала водный НИ (перорально с питьевой водой). Было установлено, что введение НИ в рационы кроликов опытной группы стимулирует гемопоэз. При использовании НИ отмечены повышенные значения некоторых показателей крови, что объясняется стимулирующим действием препарата. У животных, получавших НИ, показатели красной крови (количество эритроцитов, содержание гемоглобина, гематокрит) достигли нижней границы нормы раньше, нежели таковые у животных контрольной группы. Уровень гемоглобина восстановился в опытной группе к 12 сут,, в контрольной - к18; количество эритроцитов - на 6 и 8 сутки соответственно. Максимальная разница между показателями опытной и контрольной групп наблюдалась по количеству эритроцитов на 18 сут - 11,8%, по уровню гемоглобина на 14 сут - 14,4%, по гематокриту на 18 сут - 14,4%. НИ рекомендуется применять в течение 18-20 сут. для профилактики и восстановления нормальной картины крови кроликов.
