Защита яровых зерновых культур от корневых гнилей | Protection of spring crops against root rot

English. The book details the analysis of the current scientific information on root rots (RR), formulates the concept of phytosanitary optimization of agro-ecosystems and the integrated strategy of spring crops protection against RR pathogens. The methods ensuring phytosanitary improvement of agroecosystems, where the achievement of an effect against RR of spring crops is possible during the pest monitoring and implementation of adapted and ecologized plant protection system, are proposed. Species composition of RR pathogens in the Republic of Mordovia (southern part of the non-chernozem region of Russia) represented by fungi belonging to the genera Helminthosporium and Fusarium spp. Dominated micromycete is Bipolaris sorokiniana, therefore, the detected RR pathogens complex is related to helmintosporium-fusarium type. Natural populations of B. sorokiniana and species of the genus Fusarium is characterized by the presence of species and strains varied in their physiological properties, pathogenicity, toxicity. Infected corn, mushroom and conidia of infected plant debris and soil contain infective matter of RR. Grains mostly infected by Alternaria spp. (19.4%), B. sorokiniana (13.4%), mold fungi (2.9%) and to a lesser extent – by species of the genus Fusarium (1.3%). Contamination of plant residues of spring wheat, crops the most susceptible to the pathogen reaches 44.1%, spring barley – 39.5%. complex species of the genus Alternaria spp. (A. alternata, A. tenuissima) takes dominant position in the pathogenic complex of black embryo. However, the greatest pathogenicity and toxicity has fungus B. sorokiniana, which was manifested in an increase in contamination of seedlings by 5.4 times and reducing laboratory germination of test crops by 16.4%. The use of systemic and contact fungicides for seed treatment reduces prevalence of spring crops with RR on 68.0–82.2%, dark-brown spot on 14.5–24.3% and significantly increases the yield of barley and spring wheat.

В монографии дан анализ современной научной информации по корневым гнилям (КГ), сформулирована концепция фитосанитарной оптимизации агроэкосистем и стратегия интегрированной защиты яровых зерновых культур (ЯЗК) от возбудителей КГ. Предложены методы, обеспечивающие фитосанитарное оздоровление агроэкосистем, где достижение эффекта в борьбе с КГ ЯЗК возможно при проведении фитосанитарного мониторинга и внедрения адаптированной и экологизированной системы защиты растений. Видовой состав возбудителей КГ в Республике Мордовия (юг Нечерноземной зоны РФ) представлен грибами р. Helminthosporium и р. Fusarium. Доминирующее положение занимает микромицет Bipolaris sorokiniana, поэтому выявленный патогенный комплекс возбудителей КГ отнесен к гельминтоспориозно-фузариозному типу. Природная популяция грибов В. sorokiniana и видов р. Fusarium характеризуется присутствием видов и штаммов, разнообразных по своим физиологическим свойствам, патогенности, токсичности. Инфицированное зерно, мицелий гриба и конидии зараженных растительных остатков, а также почва содержат инфекционное начало возбудителей КГ. Зерно преимущественно заражается микромицетами Alternaria spp. (19,4%), B. sorokiniana (13,4%), плесневыми грибами (2,9%) и в меньшей степени – видами р. Fusarium (1,3%). Зараженность растительных остатков наиболее восприимчивой к патогену культуры – яровой пшеницы достигает 44,1%, ярового ячменя – 39,5%. Доминирующее положение в патогенном комплексе черного зародыша занимает комплекс видов р. Alternaria spp. (A. alternata, A. tenuissima). Однако наибольшей патогенностью и токсичностью обладает B. sorokiniana, что проявилось в увеличении зараженности проростков в 5,4 раза и снижении лабораторной всхожести тестируемых культур на 16,4%. Применение системных и контактных протравителей снижает пораженность ЯЗК КГ на 68,0–82,2%, темно-бурой пятнистостью на 14,5–24,3% и достоверно повышает урожайность зерна ячменя и яровой пшеницы.
