Russian. Рассмотрены клинические и клинико-лабораторные изменения при ассоциированном микотоксикозе коров, вызванном Т-2 токсином Fusarium sporotrichioides и Aspergillus fumigatus. В рацион коров, больных микотоксикозом, вводили комплекс препаратов, состоящий из энтеросорбента Полисорба ВП (300 мг/кг), полиминеральной подкормки ПМП-2 (200 г/гол.) и регулятора рубцового пищеварения Руменосана (250 г/гол.). У отдельных животных отмечены некрозы кожи, слизистые оболочки бледно-розового цвета, вплоть до полной анемии; хромота и отек межкопытной щели. Выявлены нарушение рубцового пищеварения, а именно наличие затхлого запаха, отсутствие плавучего слоя, сдвиг рН в сторону защелачивания, низкое количество инфузорий и их пониженная ферментативная активность. Установлено, что изменение пищеварения в рубце отражается на пищеварительных процессах в кишечнике, о чем свидетельствуют изменения в экскрементах – кал жидкий, с затхлым запахом, реакция рН на нижней границе нормы. В ходе гематологических исследований отмечены лейкоцитоз (от 22,9 до 57,0*10E3/мл3) и низкое содержание гемоглобина в 1-м эритроците (от 14,1 до 18,5 pg). В моче обнаружен осадок белого цвета, что связано с наличием солей и отторжением эпителия почек и мочевыводящих путей. Энтеросорбент Полисорб ВП (300 мг/кг) в комплексе с минеральными добавками ПМП-2 (200 г/гол.) и регулятором рубцового пищеварения Руменосаном (250 г/гол.), включенные в рацион коров, восстанавливают реакцию pН, ферментативную активность содержимого рубца, а также количество и подвижность инфузорий. Адсорбирование и выведение микотоксинов нормализует рубцовое пищеварение, что способствует восстановлению мочевыделительной, пищеварительной и кроветворной систем организма коров и метаболизма в целом.

English. When associated mycotoxicosis induced by T-2 toxin and Fusariums porotrichioides Aspergillusfumigatus, changes in individual cows were clinically observed. A complex of preparations consisting of enterosorbents Polysorb VP (300 mg/kg), polymineral plant food PPF-2 (200 g/head) and rumen digestion regulator Rumenosan (250 g/head) were added to the diet of cows with mycotoxicosis. In some animals there were observed skin necrosis, pale pink mucous membranes, up to complete anemia, lameness and swelling of interdigital spaces were observed. A disorder of rumen digestion was revealed, namely, the presence of a musty smell, the lack of a floating layer, shift of the pH toward alkalinity, low number of ciliates and reduced enzymatic activity. Changes in the rumen digestion affects the digestive processes in the gut, as evidenced by changes in the excrement - stool is liquid, with a musty odor, the pH reaction is at the lower limit of normal condition. Hematological studies established leukocytosis (from 22.9 to 57.0 * 10E3/cub. ml) and low levels of hemoglobin in the 1st erythrocyte (from 14.1 to 18.5 pg). A white precipitate was detected in urine associated with the presence of salts and ejection of epithelium of kidneys and the urinary tract. The enterosorbents Polysorb VP (300 mg/kg) in combination with mineral additives PPF-2 (200 g/head) and rumen digestion regulator Rumenosan (250 g/head) added to the cows' diet reduce the pH reaction, enzymatic activity of the rumen contents, as well as the number and mobility of infusoria. Adsorbing and removing mycotoxins normalize the rumen digestion, helping to restore the urinary, digestive and hematopoietic systems of cows and metabolism in general.
