Development of the additive composed feed on the basis of sorbents and biologically active agents to decrease the receipt of ecotoxicant in the organism of animals | Разработка композиционной кормовой добавки на основе сорбентов и биологически активных веществ для снижения поступления экотоксикантов в организм животных

The results of researches on development of a complex of sorbents and biologically active agents (BAA) in the form of a feed additive for the purpose to applicate in ecologically unsuccessful regions to decrease the intake and the cumulation of radioactive materials and toxic elements in farm animals and in production are represented. The research included the selection of the most perceptivities preparations among the selective and multifunctional sorbents, complexes, containing sulfur and other biologically active agents. Researches included the development of composed feed additive and studies on structures of its application in laboratory on the feed contamination with against receipt of the ecotoxicant in white rats. When performing work the standard methods of hematologic, biochemical, immunological, radiological researches were used. The experoments were carried out on CD-1 male mice having the initial boty weight of 246 ± 10 g (4 groups, 6 individuals in each group) they received cadmium with feed – 5.0mg (10 MAL) lead – 50 mg (10 MAL), zinc – 200-250 mg (4-5 MAL), Cs-137 – 1500 Bq and Sr-90 – 5000 Bq (10-15 AL), as well as sorbents and BAA in different combinations. Use of the feed additives reduced the content in muscular tissue of laboratory's animals the concentration of 137Cs, 90Sr, plumbum, cadmium and zinc to 93.0–93.6; 76.6–77.2; 92.5–92.9; 83.4–84.7; and 58.8–59.5% in comparison with the control. With that hematologic and biochemical indicators improved, reaching the level of intact animals, number of the general SH groups increased by 38,8%, that testifies to the strengthening of protective activity of antioxidant system and nonspecific resistance of animals. The complex including ferrocin, vermiculite, lignogumat sodium is developed as result, Patent of the Russian Federation for the invention "Feed additive for animals" is received (№ 2536625 27.12.2014).

Представлены результаты исследований по разработке комплекса сорбентов и биологически активных веществ (БАВ) в форме кормовой добавки с целью применения в экологически неблагополучных регионах для снижения поступления и кумуляции радиоактивных веществ и токсичных элементов в организме с.-х. животных и получаемой продукции. Задачи исследований включили отбор наиболее перспективных препаратов среди из бирательных и полифункциональных сорбентов, комплексообразующих, се росодержащих и других БАВ, разработку состава композиционной кормовой добавки и изучение эффективности ее применения в лабораторных условиях на фоне поступления экотоксикантов с кормов в организм белых крыс. При выполнении работы использованы общепринятые методы гематологических, биохимических, иммунологических, радиоло гических исследований. Опыты проводили на беспородных белых крысах-самцах с начальной массой тела 246 ± 10 г (4 гр. по 6 особей). С кормом они получали кадмий – 5,0 мг (10 МДУ), свинец – 50 мг (10 МДУ), цинк – 200…250 мг (4…5 МДУ), Cs-137 – 1500 Бк и Sr-90 – 5000 Бк (10…15 ДУ), а также сорбенты и БАВ в различных сочетаниях. Применение кормовой добавки снижало содержание в мышечной ткани лабораторных животных содержания Сs-137, Sr-90, свинца, кадмия и цинка соответственно на 93,0…93,6; 76,6…77,2; 92,5…92,9; 83,4…84,7; и 58,8…59,5% по сравнению с контролем. При этом улучшились гематологические и биохимические показатели, достигая уровня таковых интактных животных, повышалось количество общих SH-групп на 38,8%, что свидетельствует об усилении защитной активности антиоксидантной системы и неспецифической резистентности организма животных. В результате разработан комплекс, включающий ферроцин, вермикулит, лигногумат натрия, получен Патент Российской Федерации на изобретение "Кормовая добавка для животных" (№ 2536625 от 27.12.2014 г.).
