Influence of fertilizers on link productivity of field crop rotation and the quality indicators of field crops in the forest steppe zone of North Ossetia-Alania | Влияние удобрений на продуктивность звена полевого севооборота и показатели качества полевых культур в лесостепной зоне РСО-Алания

English. Studies conducted in a long stationary field experiment on leached chernozem of forest-steppe zone in North Ossetia in 2012-2014 showed that in the field crop rotation: red clover, winter wheat, corn for grain as a result of long systematic application of fertilizers calculated doses of mineral fertilizers: N90P210K120 (clover), N110P90К70 (winter wheat), N140P90К110 (corn for grain) provided the highest average productivity level - 7.05 t/ha of grain units (GU), productivity increase – 3.85 t/ha, or 120.3%. The effect of increased doses of individual elements in the composition of NPK can be identified: in the first place together nitrogen and phosphorus – increase 0.94-1.72 t/ha GU (62.7-114.4%), the second – nitrogen – the increase 0.62 t/ha GU (41.2%), the third - phosphorus separately – the increase 0.35-0.40 t/ha (16.5-23.5%). Organic-mineral fertilizer system had the advantage over the mineral, providing a significant increase in productivity by 0.32 t/ha or 11.3%. The use of fertilizers in the calculated doses allowed us to increase the protein content in the dry matter of clover 3,2%, in winter wheat grain – 2.5%, in corn grain – 1.8% and fat in the clover hay 1.5 times. Increase of protein content in green mass of clover, winter wheat grain and corn grain was accompanied by the decrease in fiber content. In fertilized variants there tended to reduce the content of fat and fibre in grain of winter wheat and corn. As to the influence of the fertilizers on the ash content the trend is not identified. For all the fertilized variants the ash content was practically the same, and the differences were within the limit of the analysis error. Organic-mineral fertilization system allowed increasing the protein content in grain of winter wheat by 0.45%. On the starch content in corn grain, low fertilizer doses had the best impact and with increasing doses of NPK there was observed a decrease in its content.

Исследования, проведенные в длительном стационарном полевом опыте на черноземе выщелоченном лесостепной зоны Северной Осетии в 2012-2014 гг., показали, что в звене полевого севооборота клевер луговой - озимая пшеница - кукуруза на зерно в результате длительного систематического применения удобрений расчетные дозы минеральных удобрений N90P210K120 (клевер), N110P90К70 (озимая пшеница), N140P90К110 (кукуруза на зерно) обеспечивали наибольшую среднегодовую продуктивность звена - 7,05 т/га зерновых единиц (ЗЕ), прирост продуктивности - 3,85 т/га, или 120,3%. По влиянию увеличенных доз отдельных элементов в составе NРК можно выделить: на первом месте азот и фосфор совместно – прирост 0,94-1,72 т/га ЗЕ (62,7-114,4%), на втором - азот – прирост 0,62 т/га ЗЕ (41,2%), на третьем - фосфор в отдельности – прирост 0,35-0,40 т/га (16,5-23,5%). Органоминеральная система удобрения имела преимущество перед минеральной, обеспечивая достоверный прирост продуктивности на 0,32 т/га ЗЕ, или 11,3%. Применение удобрений в расчетных дозах позволило повысить содержание протеина в сухой массе клевера на 3,2%, зерне озимой пшеницы - 2,5%, зерне кукурузы - 1,8% и жира в сене клевера в 1,5 раза. Повышение белковости зеленой массы клевера и зерна озимой пшеницы и кукурузы сопровождалось снижением содержания клетчатки. На удобренных вариантах наблюдалась тенденция снижения содержания жира и клетчатки в зерне озимой пшеницы и кукурузы. По влиянию удобрений на зольность закономерности не обнаружено. По всем удобренным вариантам содержание золы было практически одинаковым, а различия находились в пределах ошибки анализа. Органоминеральная система удобрения позволила повысить содержание протеина в зерне озимой пшеницы на 0,45%. На содержание крахмала в зерне кукурузы наилучшее влияние оказали невысокие дозы удобрения, а с увеличением доз NPK наблюдалось понижение его содержания.
