Optimization of the technology of feeding Australian crayfish through the use of experimental feed recepies

Разработаны рецептуры экспериментальных кормов (стартового и продукционного), предназначенных для кормления австралийского красноклешневого рака Сhеrах quаdriсаrinаtus. Проанализирован состав импортных кормов, представленных на рынке. Не доступные по каким-либо причинам компоненты заменены на добавки из местного сырья. Все ингредиенты подобраны в соответствии с пищевыми потребностями личинок и молоди (в сложный постличиночный период – в момент линек и быстрого образования хитина) и производителей (при формировании репродуктивной системы для получения жизнестойкого потомства). Технология получения сухого корма предусматривала процессы подготовки, измельчения, производства гранул и крупки, сушку, нанесение жира. Опытные партии кормов получали в лабораторных условиях, в качестве растворителя использовали минеральную воду. Молодь раков содержали в оптимальных условиях водообмена и аэрации, корм задавали в количестве 2-4% от массы тела. Подтверждено высокое качество продукта: пищевая реакция объектов на корма – 100%, поедаемость кормов – 100%, гранулы кормов не размываются и оседают, плавучесть отрицательная. Молодь с исходной массой 5 г, выращенная на стартовых кормах и переведенная в прудовые условия, за 3–4 месяца вырастает до массы 100 г при выживаемости 80%. Результаты исследования убеждают в эффективности применения оптимизированной технологии кормления производителей и молоди австралийских раков, положительном влиянии разработанного корма на рыбоводно-биологические и физиологические показатели. Это подтверждает 100%-я выживаемость объектов, удовлетворительное состояние организма и высокая скорость среднесуточного прироста массы тела самцов и самок: 0,5–0,6% – на экспериментальном продукционном корме и 0,8% – на экспериментальном стартовом корме. Корма на основе местного сырья в десятки раз дешевле импортных кормов для австралийских раков, представленных на рынке. Это делает возможным промышленное разведение ракообразных в Астраханской области.

Fry with the initial weight of 5 g grown on starter feeds and moved to the pond conditions in 3–4 months grows up to a weight of 100 g with a survival rate of 80%. The results of the study confirm the effectiveness of the optimized feeding technology for breeder and young Australian crayfish, positive impact of the developed feed on fish breeding, biological and physiological characteristics. This is proved by 100% survival rate, satisfactory condition of the body and high growth rate of the average daily gain of the weigh bodies of males and females while using experimental productive feed 0.5–0.6% and experimental starter feed 0.8%. Feed based on the local raw materials tens times cheaper than the imported feed for the Australian crayfish, presented on the market. It makes commercial raising crayfish in the Astrakhan possible.

English. The experimental formulas of feeds (starter feed and productive feed) intended for feeding Australian redclaw crayfish Cherax quadricarinatus are developed. The composition of imported feeds brought to the market has been analyzed. The components non-available for some reasons are replaced by local raw materials. All the ingredients have been selected according to the nutritional needs of larvae and juveniles (a complex post-larval period – at the moment of molting and rapid formation of chitin) and breeders (while developing the reproductive system to produce a viable offspring). The Technology of producing dry feeds comprised the processes of preparing, grinding, making granules and semolina, drying, applying a fat.
