Для стратегического анализа влияния внешней среды на развитие молочного скотоводства Ульяновской области целесообразно использовать метод PEST-анализа, позволяющий оценить политические, экономические, социальные и технологические факторы. Применительно к отрасли молочного скотоводства необходимость использования данного инструмента обусловлена потребностью разноплановой диагностики макросреды, понимания процессов развития рынков продукции животноводства, перспектив развития отрасли и конкурентной позиции предприятия.
