МОЛОЧНАЯ И МЯСНАЯ ПРОДУКТИВНОСТЬ КОРОВ СИММЕНТАЛЬСКОЙ ПОРОДЫ РАЗНЫХ ВНУТРИПОРОДНЫХ ТИПОВ | MILK AND MEAT PRODUCTIVITY SIMMENTAL COWS OF DIFFERENT INTER-BREED TYPES

Приведены показатели молочной и мясной продуктивности симментальских коров разных внутрипородных типов. Установлено, независимо от уровня удоев в стаде, более высокая молочная продуктивность свойственна животным молочного типа. В условиях обеспеченности кормами на условную голову в год – 50 ц корм.ед. средний удой коров молочного типа за три лактации составил 4947 – 5169 кг молока, что на 835 – 879 кг (21,6 – 19,3%) больше, чем у сверстниц молочно-мясного типа и на 2231 – 2145 кг больше, чем у сверстниц мясо-молочного типа. Наиболее высокий (8,36 – 8,39) коэффициент молочности имели животные молочного типа. По сравнению с молочно-мясным типом он был выше на 28,0 – 29,1 %, а мясо-молочным – на 85,3 – 88,1 %. Выявлено, что лучшими мясными качествами характеризуются животные мясо-молочного типа. По предубойной массе они превосходят сверстниц молочно-мясного и мясного типов на 3,6 – 30,5 кг (0,7 – 5,8 %), массе парной туши и внутреннего жира – на 21,5 – 51,1 кг (7,7 – 20,6 %) и 3,0 – 4,3 кг (14,7 – 22,5 %)

выход туши у них оказался выше на 2,7 – 5,8 %, а убойный выход соответственно выше на 3,2 – 6,3%.

English. Indicators of dairy and meat productivity of Simmental cows of various inter-breed types are given. It is established that regardless of the level of milk production in the herd, higher milk yield is peculiar for animals of the milk type. In the conditions of the supply of food on a conditional head per year - 50 centners of fodder units, the average milk yield of cows of milk type for three lactation was 4947 - 5169 kg of milk, that 835 - 879 kg (21,6 - 19,3%) more than the peers milk-meat type and 2231 - 2145 kg more, than at peers meat-milk type. The animals of the milk type had the highest (8.36 - 8,39) rate of milk production. Compared with the milk-meat type it was higher by 28.0 - 29,1 %, and meat-and-dairy - 85,3 - 88,1 %. It is revealed that the best meat qualities are characterized by animals of meat-milk type. According to the mass-slaughter they outperform peers of dairy-meat and meat types by 3.6 - 30.5 kg (0,7 - 5,8 %), to mass steam carcasses and internal fat - 21.5 - 51.1 per kg (7,7 - 20.6 %) and 3.0 - 4.3 kg (14.7 to 22,5 %)

Russian. output of their carcass was higher by 2.7 - 5,8 %, carcass yield, respectively, above by 3.2 - 6,3%.
