Survey of existing plants for landscape uses aimed to study the selection and problem of plant on the roof in 4 Bangkok roof gardens, which are 1) the floors 13th of Adulyadej Vikrom Building, Siriraj Hospital 2) the floors 7th of Operation Economics Building, Faculty of Economics, Kasetsart University 3) the floors 7th of Elephant Building services Ltd., and 4) the floors 3rd, 4th and 22th of 1st Building of Thai Airways international Ltd. during. January 2010 to April 2010. It was found that the shrubs are popular and can use almost all types of plants. Many problems were occurred on growth of plants, such as, slow and stunted growth, no flowering, compacted media, leaves burning from high temperature, many weed around stem, the lack of equipment and knowledge of garden maintenance.
