Determination of the seedling reactions of some barley cultivars to Drechslera teres f. teres | Bazý arpa çeþitlerinin Drechslera teres f. teres'e fide dönemi tepkilerinin belirlenmesi

Turkish. Yirmi beþ arpa çeþidinin fide dönemi reaksiyonlarý, arpada að benek hastalýðýnýn að formunu oluþturan Drechslera teres f. teres'in üç izolatýna karþý sera koþullarýnda deðerlendirilmiþtir. Ýzolatlar Eskiþehir, Diyarbakýr ve Sivas illerinden elde edilmiþtir. Çeþitlerin fungal izolatlara tepkileri dayanýklý-orta derecede dayanýklý ile orta derecede hassas-hassas olarak deðiþmiþtir. Bülbül 89 ve Ýnce 04 çeþitleri en hassas çeþitler olarak bulunmuþ olup, bu çeþitleri Çýldýr 02, Özdemir 05 ve Hamidiye 85 çeþitleri takip etmiþtir. Harman çeþidi en dayanýklý çeþit olarak bulunmuþtur. Bu çeþidi Lord, Yerçil 147, Erginel 90, Bilgi 91, Ünver ve Aydan Haným çeþitleri takip etmiþtir. Ýzolatlar arasýnda virülenslik bakýmýndan farklýlýklar görülmüþtür. Diyarbakýr izolatý virülensi en düþük izolat olarak bulunurken Sivas izolatý virülensi en yüksek izolat olarak bulunmuþtur.

English. Seedling stage reactions of 25 barley cultivars were evaluated against three isolates of Drechslera teres f. teres causing net form of net blotch of barley under greenhouse conditions. Isolates were obtained from Eskiþehir, Diyarbakýr, and Sivas provinces of Turkey. The reactions of cultivars to fungal isolates ranged between resistant-moderately resistant and moderately susceptible-susceptible. Cultivars Bülbül 89 and Ýnce 04 were found as the most susceptible cultivars, which were followed by cvs. Çýldýr 02, Özdemir 05 and Hamidiye 85. Cultivar Harman was found as the most resistant cultivar. This cultivar was followed by cvs Lord, Yerçil 147, Erginel 90, Bilgi 91, Ünver, and Aydan Haným. Virulence differences among the isolates were observed. Diyarbakýr isolate was the least virulent isolate whereas Sivas isolate was the most virulent isolate.
