Methodological bases of formation of incomes for various categories of workers of agricultural organizations

Russian. organizations at every stage of social development in the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed that this process had its own characteristics. The methodological bases of formation of incomes of the personnel of the agricultural enterprises, the directions of improving productivity in organizations with different levels of development were considered. Changing the distribution relations and formation of incomes of the population of Belarus were closely linked to the social policy, which under current conditions was the most important area of the state. The general thrust of the documents - the priority of solving social problems, provision sustained increases in living standards and quality of life, reducing the gap between the levels of welfare of the population of Belarus and economically developed European countries. The conditions of formation of social economy incomes policy strategy in the country must include the following provisions: the creation of economic and legal conditions that encourage active work and ensure high growth of income of agricultural workers, revitalization of the labor market, achieving equilibrium between supply and demand of labor, the creation of economic and legal preconditions for the expansion of self-employment of workers, avoiding excessively high levels of differentiation in the life of the various categories of workers of agricultural organizations, achieving sustainable growth and real disposable incomes of workers.

Процесс формирования и использования доходов различных категорий работников сельскохозяйственных организаций на каждом этапе общественного развития имеет свои особенности. В условиях перехода к рыночной экономике в Беларуси произошли существенные изменения в структуре личных доходов работников. В статье рассмотрены методологические основы формирования доходов персонала сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Предлагаются направления повышения производительности труда в организациях с различным уровнем развития.
