To the question of big losses at drying of dairy products in spray dryers

. The existing equipment of spray drying has a number of technological shortcomings. The basic it is considered big emission of a dust-like product with the fulfilled heat carrier in environment. Considering, that the dryers for such plants are the main technological equipment and work in year nearby 5000 hours, the total losses for the average dryer (1000 kg of evaporated moisture per hour) will be, in relation to the technical condition, regulation 27 / 90 tons of dry milk, 135 / 180 tons on dry whey or dry products of whey processing. Given the fact that the dry milk on weight makes 9-12,5% from the raw materials, and dry whey (protein concentrate) - about 6%, it is necessary to know that every day each such dryer aimlessly processes yield of milk of 80-297 cows with milk yield 5000 kg for the year. The systems of filtering of the fulfilled air developed by analogy with all-technical hose filters are insufficiently reliable and labor-consuming in operation, are bulky and cost much. For these reasons are practically not used at the dairy enterprises of Republic of Belarus. As a result of scientific search we developed the technology including a way and devices of wet cleaning of dust emissions from the spray of dryers. The proposed technology and the equipment allow to solve the problem of environmental pollution and reduction of energy efficiency of the whole cycle of production.

. Существующее оборудование распылительной сушки имеет ряд технологических недостатков. Основным из них считается большой выброс пылевидного продукта с отработанным теплоносителем в окружающую среду. Учитывая, что сушилки для таких заводов являются основным технологическим оборудованием и работают в год около 5000 часов, суммарные потери для средней сушилки (1000 кг испаренной влаги в час) составят, во взаимосвязи с техническим состоянием, регулированностью 27/90 т по сухому молоку, 135/180 т по сухой сыворотке или сухим продуктам переработки сыворотки. С учетом того, что сухое молоко по массе составляет 9-12,5% от сырья, а сухая сыворотка (белковый концентрат) около 6%, необходимо знать, что каждая такая сушильная установка ежесуточно бесцельно перерабатывает удой стада 80-297 коров с удоем 5000 кг за год. Системы фильтрования отработанного воздуха, разработанные по аналогии с общетехническими рукавными фильтрами, недостаточно надежны и трудоемки в эксплуатации, громоздки и дорого стоят. По этим причинам они практически не используются на молочных предприятиях Республики Беларусь. В результате научного поиска нами разработана технология, включающая способ и устройства мокрой очистки пылевых выбросов из распылительных сушилок. Предложенная технология и оборудование позволяют решить проблему загрязнения окружающей среды и снижения энергоэффективности всего цикла производства.
