Изучено влияние ионизирующего излучения (0,5 Гр), иммобилизационного стресса (3 ч ежедневно на протяжении 7 сут) и их комбинированного воздействия на состояние репродуктивной системы крыс-самцов. Исследуемые стресс-факторы после их воздействия как в отдельности, так и совместно вызывают значительную диспропорцию количественного состава сперматогенных клеток в ткани семенника, выраженное падение жизнеспособности и повышение фрагментации ДНК в сперматозоидах, выделенных из эпидидимиса, что может привести к снижению фертильности животных. Установлено, что в большинстве случаев степень нарушений при комбинированном воздействии облучения, стресса и иммобилизационного стресса выше, чем при изолированном действии каждого из них.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. It was studied the effect of irradiation (0.5 Gy), immobolization stress (3 hours/day for 7 days), and their combined effect on the reproductive system of male rats. The action of these factors, individually or together caused a significant imbalance of quantitative composition of the spermatogenic cells in the test tissue, marked decrease the viability of epididymal spermatozoa, and increases DNA fragmentation in them, which may result in reduced fertility of animals. Under these influence reproductive disorders save for a longtime. In some cases, the effect of the combined action of irradiation and immobilization stress is significantly higher than the isolated action of each of them.
