How to reduce maintenance cost of closed drainage network

Russian. The state analysis of 110 collectors based on act of checking is carried out in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The technology how to perform survey and siltation removal using equipment OD 100 is presented. The development of energy-saving technology of washing of a closed drainage system with a preliminary evaluation of its internal state was analyzed. It allows identifying the collectors, do not need to be cleaned. There was presented the application of new technological solutions and developed means of small-scale mechanization for cleaning sewer line from silt which allow to significantly reduce the amount of work performed during maintenance and renovation of a closed drainage system. A preliminary examination of the internal condition of the collector network using OD-100 devices on the objects of reconstruction and melioration activities makes it possible to evaluate the degree of sedimentation and reduce the amount of work to clean it up to 15-30%.

Представлена технология обследования и очистки от заиления коллекторов с применением устройства ОД 100 на объектах реконструкции. Разработка энергосберегающей технологии промывки закрытой дренажной сети с предварительной оценкой ее внутреннего состояния, позволяющей выявить коллекторы, не нуждающиеся в очистке, а также применение новых технологических решений и разработанных средств малой механизации по очистке коллекторной сети от заиления позволяет существенно уменьшить объем выполняемых работ при обслуживании и реконструкции закрытой дренажной сети. Предварительное обследование внутреннего состояния коллекторной сети с применением устройства ОД-100 на объектах реконструкции и агромелиоративных мероприятий позволяет оценить степень заиления и снизить объем работ по ее очистке на 15-30%.
