В статье приведены результаты определения кормовой ценности пектинсодержащей биологически активной кормовой добавки, полученной путем переработки отходов солодовенного и сахарного производств, в составе комбикорма для высокопродуктивных коров в первую треть лактации, использование которой в количестве 0,5 и 1,0% способствует повышению продуктивности животных на 7,6-8,0%, улучшению качественного состава молока по содержанию жира – на 0,07-0,14 п. п., белка – на 0,09-0,12 п. п. и получению дополнительной прибыли от 1 коровы опытной группы в размере 515,8-541,1 тыс. руб.

The article gives results of determining the nutritional value of pectin containing biologically active feed supplement, received by recycling of the malt and sugar industries wastes, as a part of compound feeds for highly productive cows in the first third of lactation, use of this supplement in the amount of 0,5 % and 1,0 % improves productivity of animals by 7,6-8,0 %, improves qualitative composition of milk by fat content – by 0,07-0,14 p.p., protein – by 0,09-0,12 p.p. and allows obtaining additional profit from 1 cow of the experimental group in the amount of 515,8-541,1 thousand rubles.
