Было установлено, что определение уровня соответствия аминокислотного состава кормов нормам содержания незаменимых аминокислот в комбикормах для свиней позволяет дать ранговую оценку аминокислотной питательности кормов. Первой лимитирующей аминокислотой в зерне злаковых культур, рапсовом и подсолнечном шротах является лизин, второй – треонин, за исключением кукурузы, у которой второй лимитирующей аминокислотой является триптофан, а у рапсового и подсолнечного шрота – лейцин.
