, Agricultural Production Institution. The imported carp breeds constitute quite a valuable genetic pool adapted to the conditions of fish farms of the Republic of Belarus for the life of three-four generations that was used for further selection and breeding works and also for obtaining commercial crosses. Created collection of foreign and Belarusian carp breeding made it possible to identify the most promising for hybridization and breed lines. Preparation of highly cross-commodity exhibiting heterosis effected on fisheries management indicators - a significant reserve of fish production increase. Exterior indicators commodity crosses tend to gain the benefits of a well selected imported species that provided the domestic market of Belarus their competitiveness and export sales.

. Импортные породы карпа представляют собой ценный генетический материал, адаптированный к условиям рыбоводных хозяйств республики на протяжении трех-четырех поколений, который используется для дальнейших селекционных и племенных работ, а также для получения промышленных кроссов.
