Phenotypical characteristics of junior replacement for Belorussian populations of donaldson trout

English. In a course of the research there were studied phenotypical characteristics of junior replacement for Belorussian populations of donaldson trout (Salmo gairdneri). The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research it was revealed that at present trout breeding in the Republic of Belarus is at the very first stage of its development. Impregnated roe (‘eye’ stage) and seed for commercial growing were imported from Russia and Poland. Some portion of the imported stuff was used to form small-size replacement and brood stock for reproduction purposes. Aaccording to Slutzky’s classification (1978) variability level of the studied morphological properties in dependence on variation ration was estimated as a low one (5%) and medium one (up to 20%) which was the evidence of stability of trout population available in the Republic of Belarus. Generally Belorussian trout populations, although the imported material was intended for commercial breeding, represent quite a valuable genetic pool for further breeding.

Russian. В настоящее время форелеводство Беларуси находится на первоначальной стадии развития. В республику из России и Польши завозятся оплодотворённая икра (на стадии глазка) и посадочный материал для товарного выращивания. Из части завезенного материала сформированы небольшие ремонтно-маточные стада, которые используются для воспроизводства. Согласно классификации предложенной Слуцким (1978), уровень изменчивости рассмотренных морфометрических признаков в зависимости от коэффициента вариации оценивается как низкий (5%) и средний (до 20%), что свидетельствует о стабильности популяций форели, имеющихся в республике. В целом белорусские популяции форели, несмотря на то, что завезенный материал был предназначен для товарного выращивания, представляют собой ценный генофонд для дальнейшей племенной работы.
