Methods of economic evaluation of alternative options of investment project in agricultural organizations of Belarus

In a course of the research there was studied the main indicators of economic evaluation of investment projects in agriculture sector of the economy and the adoption of criteria for investment decisions. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was done the method of economic evaluation of alternative investment projects with the need to ranged approach to determining the impact of different investment options in accordance with the importance of the analyzed parameters, the use of which in practice will increase the manageability of investments on the basis of making informed investment decisions. It was that the indicators used for the economic evaluation of investment projects, divided into static (simple payback period, their financial profitability, net cash flow, the index return on investment) and dynamic (net present value, payback period and profitability index of discounting investment, internal rate yield).

В статье дана краткая характеристика основных показателей экономической оценки инвестиционных проектов в аграрном секторе экономики и критериев принятия решений об инвестировании. Учитывая необходимость ранжированного подхода к определению результативности различных вариантов инвестирования в соответствии со значимостью анализируемых показателей, предложена методика экономической оценки альтернативных вариантов инвестиционного проекта, использование которой в практике позволит повысить управляемость инвестициями на основании принятия обоснованных инвестиционных решений.
