Genetic typing of economically important traits of blue lupine (Lupinus angustifolius L.) samples

Russian. Цель работы – типирование различных образцов люпина узколистного по ДНК-маркерам генов хозяйственно ценных признаков, включая анализ геномов по признакам проницаемости оболочки семян (ген mollis), нерастрескиваемости бобов (гены lentus, tardus), низкого содержания алкалоидов (ген iucundus), устойчивости к антракнозу (ген R), для выявления источников ценных аллелей среди сортов и форм люпина узколистного различного происхождения. В результате проведенных исследований изучена коллекция из 44 образцов люпина узколистного (L. angustifolius) по молекулярным маркерам 4 хозяйственно ценных признаков. Выявлен полиморфизм в изученной коллекции по маркерам TaLi (нерастрескиваемость бобов), lucLi (низкое содержание алкалоидов), An Man Ml (устойчивость к антракнозу).

English. Lupine appears one of the most important economically valuable cultivars. Some of the traits of the plant (permeability of the membranes, content of alkaloids, disease resistance etc.) are determined with special genes, influencing their formation. Molecular markers linked with necessary genes allow evaluation of gene inheritance during administration of selection programs. Therefore, the main goal of the research presented in the article appears typing of the different samples of Lupinus angustifolius according DNA-markers of economically valuable genes due to several characteristics (permeability of seed cover, non-dehiscence of beans, low alkaloid content and anthracnosis resistance). The examination of the 44 blue lupine (Lupinus angustifolius L.) samples with molecular markers of 4 economically important traits has been conducted. The results of the analysis of wild cultivars of Lupinus angustifolius according non-dehiscence of beans has been presented. The study has been revealed polymorphism of markers TaLi (pod shattering), LucLi (low content of alkaloids), AnManM1 (resistance to anthracnose) in given collection.
