In a course of the research there was studied the competitiveness of livestock products, which is a basic component of the competitiveness of agricultural organizations, industry, region and the country as a whole. The research was realized in the Republic of Belarus. The modern economy imposes on agribusiness and livestock industry rather strict requirements for production of efficiency and product quality. The main components of the process of further development of agricultural production, investment attractiveness and incentives act financial performance and competitiveness. As a result of realized research there was revealed that the competitiveness of animal products - is the result of the cumulative effects of the consumer and cost characteristics of products, as well as the organization of product sales activity of company-manufacturer, which should correspond to market conditions, the specific requirements of consumers on economic, qualitative characteristics and commercial terms of realization. Competitiveness of livestock production with their specific features of formation based on its quality, the emerging demand, cost and selling price, which provide targeted income and depends on many factors.
