Show more [+] Less [-]English. Young birds susceptible to such pathologies as diarreah, toxicoses and hypovitaminoses leading to development of disbacterioses caused by pathogenic microorganisms. For elimination of negative consequences of microbial flora it is necessary to include in poultry rations special preparations, possessing prophylaxic and treatment effect and normalizing intestinal microflora. The article demonstrates the results of the experiment on the use of probiotic preparation Bifidobacterin in the process of rearing broiler chickens. The above mentioned preparation represents Bifidobacterium adolescentis strain cultivated on meat broth with microorganism titr equal 10 x 9 CFU/ml. The scheme of the experiment on 4 groups is presented. The live weight of the broilers (in general and depending on the gender attributes) is measured. The optimal doses of this preparation are specified. The economic indicators are calculated.
