Food security of the Republic of Belarus: global and national aspects

В статье представлены результаты исследования современных аспектов обеспечения продовольственной безопасности на глобальном и национальном уровнях, обозначены направления совершенствования методологии выполнения мониторинга угроз, включая индикаторы оценки качества рациона питания населения, его экологической безопасности, инструменты оперативного выявления и упреждения влияния угроз на качество жизни отдельных социальных групп. Приведены результаты оценки достигнутого уровня продовольственной безопасности в 2014 г., обозначен спектр потенциальных угроз и их влияние на состояние обеспеченности домашних хозяйств различных категорий. Обоснованы прогнозные параметры стратегии национальной продовольственной безопасности Республики Беларусь до 2020 г. с учетом потенциала внутреннего рынка и развития внешней среды.

Russian. consumption by population of different countries during 2011-2023 is suggested. The integrated evaluation of food security of the Republic of Belarus for the period of 2005-2014 is displayed. Food consumption per capita (1995-2014) is calculated. The indicators of food availability for population are analyzed. Presented are the directions improving the methodology of threats monitoring, including the indicators of assessment of the quality of food, its ecological safety, the instruments identifying and preventing the influence of threats on the quality of life of certain social groups. The results of assessment of the level of food security reached in 2014 are stated. The range of potential threats and their influence on food security of various farms is underlined. The parameters of the strategy of the national food security in the Republic of Belarus till 2020 are proved taking into account the potential of domestic market and other factors.
