Russian. Проведена оценка воспроизводства базовых ресурсов (труда и капитала) на макроэкономическом уровне. Критериями оценки предложен валовой внутренний продукт и темпы его изменения по отношению к динамике промежуточного потребления. На основе данных официальной статистики сделан анализ социально-экономического развития Республики Беларусь за 2000–2010 гг. Предложены рекомендации по совершенствованию управления ресурсосбережением в национальной экономике и на уровне административных областей.

The article presents the assessment of the reproduction of basic resources (labor and capital) at the macroeconomic level in respect of the gross domestic product and its changes.The analysis of the social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus for the period 2000–2010 is done on the basis of official statistics. Such macroeconomic characteristics of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus, as: gross output of goods and services in National Economy, intermediate consumption and gross value added are suggested. The influence of demographic factor on the dynamics of regional labour productivity (evaluated by population density and regional workforce efficiency) is analyzed. Comparative evaluation of the dynamics of investments and Gross Regional Product in 2013-2014 is presented. Recommendations on the improvement of resource saving management in the national economy and in the regions are proposed.
