English. In a course of the research there was studied an optimized technology development on microbiological fungal and bacterial origin preparations, which applicatied at cucumber (Cucumis sativus) growing under small-volume hydroponics in winter-spring and summer-autumn crop rotations. The realization of different schemes of biopreparations application in greenhouse farms showed its high protective and growth-promoting action. In assessing of the influence of the introduction of beneficial microorganisms in the mineral wool substrate according to an optimized technology, providing multiple sequential application of microbiological preparations of different nature (bacterial and fungal) at a reduced rate of flow, marked by a high protective effect (up 84.1%) against root rot of cucumber, which grown by method of small-volume hydroponics. Analysis of phyto-regulatory activity when using drugs, according to the studied schemes, showed no significant differences in the estimated biometric indicators and statistically significant differences with the control variant. As a result of realized research there were revealed that the use of proposed scheme of microbiological preparations was effective.
