Basic directions of increasing the efficiency of using of fixed assets in farms of Berestovitsy district

Russian. В современных условиях проблема повышения эффективности использования основных средств имеет важное экономическое значение. Повышение эффективности использования основных средств равносильно расширению производства без привлечения дополнительных затрат на создание и приобретение основных средств, т. к. именно основные средства являются материальным воплощением научно-технического прогресса – главного фактора повышения эффективности любого производства. Обеспеченность сельскохозяйственных предприятий основными средствами производства и эффективность их использования являются важными факторами, от которых зависят результаты хозяйственной деятельности. В связи с этим статья посвящена всестороннему анализу обеспеченности и эффективности использования основных средств в хозяйствах Берестовицкого района, выявлению основных путей повышения их эффективности. С целью повышения эффективности использования основных средств в Берестовицком районе необходимо следующее: вывести из хозяйственного оборота и баланса физически изношенное и морально устаревшее оборудование, использовать различные источники для пополнения основных средств, а также повышать эффективность амортизации как основного источника воспроизводства основных фондов, установить пропорциональность между всеми средствами производства, совершенствовать технологию производства, что будет повышать отдачу производственных основных средств, углублять специализацию и повышать концентрацию производства, что даст возможность более производительно использовать основные средства, повысить уровень фондоотдачи и снизить фондоемкость, повышать квалификацию кадров и совершенствовать материальное стимулирование при использовании основных средств.

Increase of efficiency of use of the basic means to equivalently expansion of manufacture without attraction of additional expenses for creation and acquisition of the basic means, since. More efficient use of fixed assets is equivalent to the expansion of production without attraction of additional expenses for the creation and acquisition of fixed assets that is the fixed assets are the material embodiment of scientific and technological progress - the main factor of increase of any production efficiency. Provision of agricultural enterprises the basic means of production and efficiency of their use are important factors that affect the results of operations. In connection with this article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the security and efficiency of fixed assets on farms in Berestovitsa area, identifying ways to improve their efficiency. In the purpose of improve the use of the fixed assets in Berestovitsy district it is necessary the following: to remove from economic circulation and balance physically worn out and obsolete equipment, to use different sources for replenishment of the fixed assets, and also to raise efficiency of amortization as basic source of reproduction of a fixed capital, to establish proportionality between all means of production, to improve production technology that will increase the impact of industrial fixed assets, to specialize and increase the concentration of production, which makes it possible to more efficiently use the capital assets, improve capital productivity levels and reduce capital intensity, to raise qualification of personnel and to improve material stimulation at use of fixed assets.
