Adjustment of net assets for the rehabilitation of the accounting balance of business entities

Russian. Чистые активы предприятия рассматриваются как индикативная величина финансовой устойчивости предприятии. На основании обзора действующих нормативных актов, отечественной и международной практики обосновываются возможные варианты увеличения величины чистых активов. Увеличение чистых активов может быть достигнуто путем увеличения стоимости активов организации либо сокращения суммы ее обязательств. Резерв увеличения стоимости чистых активов можно освоить только в том случае, если, во-первых, провести переоценку производственных запасов, сырья и материалов, увеличив их стоимость в среднем на 1%, и, во-вторых, списать просроченные обязательства предприятия как невостребованные (либо в виде безвозмездной помощи) на сумму 7781 млн. руб., из них просроченной кредиторской задолженности – 4519 млн. руб., просроченной задолженности по кредитам и займам – 3262 млн. руб. Апробация предложенных вариантов чистой санации баланса проведена на материалах сельскохозяйственного предприятия Гродненской области.

English. Net assets of the enterprise are treated as indicative value of financial stability of the enterprise. Based on the review of existing regulations, domestic and international practice, the author substantiates the possible ways to increase the value of net assets. In order to increase net assets of certain enterprises the restructuring of their balance was conducted. The increase in net assets can be achieved by increasing the value of the organization assets or reduce the amount of its liabilities. The reserve of increase in cost of net asset can be mastered only if, firstly, to spend revaluation of industrial stocks, raw materials and materials, having increased their cost by the average on 1 %, and, secondly, to write off the overdue obligations of the enterprise as not claimed (or in the form of free aid) for the sum of 7781 mln rbl., Including overdue creditor debts - 4519 mln rbl., overdue debts on credits and loans - 3262 mln rbl. The calculations are carried out on agricultural enterprises of Grodno region.
