Stimulation of employees of agricultural production through the development of individual package of additional services

В статье рассматривается стимулирование работников путем предоставления им социального пакета. Источниками информации выступили данные статистической отчетности Республики Беларусь в целом и Гродненской области в частности, за 2012-2013 гг. Дается авторское определение социального пакета, выделяются его составные части: пакет обязательных услуг (набор льгот и гарантий, которые определены законодательно) и пакет дополнительных услуг, который формируется организацией, исходя из ее финансовых возможностей, и учитывает индивидуальные запросы работников. Определена структура пакета дополнительных услуг. Выделена его постоянная и переменная части. В ходе исследования социальных пакетов отдельных стран и сельскохозяйственных организаций Гродненской области определен набор элементов постоянной части пакета дополнительных услуг: медобслуживание, развитие персонала и жилья, которая одинакова для всех работников организации. Переменная часть предусматривает дополнительную детализацию, необязательность и индивидуальность применения.

Russian. s definition of a social package details its component parts: a package of mandatory services (set of benefits and guarantees which are defined by law) and package of additional services, which is formed by the organization, based on its financial possibilities, and considers individual needs of employees. The structure of the package of additional services is determined. Its fixed and variable components are marked out. During the study of the social packages of different countries and the agricultural organizations of the Grodno region a set of elements of a permanent part of additional services package is defined: medical care, staff development and housing, which is the same for all employees of the organization. The variable part provides additional detailed elaboration, freeness and individuality of application.
