Russian. Предложен модифицированный метод для колориметрического определения L-аргинина, основанного на реакции Сакагучи между L-аргинином и 8-гидроксихинолином, при экзотермических условиях. Кажущийся коэффициент молярного поглощения цветного комплекса составил 1.2 x 10 в 4 степени л/моль-1/см-1. Стабильность комплекса не зависела от температурных условий проведения анализа. Высокая чувствительность позволяет использовать данный метод для количественного анализа L-аргинина в биологическом материале и фармацевтических препаратах.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. In a course of the researches there was studied modification of the Sakaguchi reaction for the colorimetric determination of L-arginine under exothermal conditions. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. A modified method was proposed for the colorimetric determination of L-arginine based on the Sakaguchi reaction between L-arginine and 8-hydroquinoline under exothermal conditions. The apparent molar absorption coefficient for the color complex was equal to 1.2 x 10 in 4 degree L/mol-1 cm-1. Stability of the complex did not depend on the temperature conditions of carrying out the analysis. As a result of realized research there was revealed that high sensitivity allows using the given method for quantification of L-arginine in the biological material and the pharmaceutical preparations.
