Ecological and microbiological assessment of the methods of sod-podzolic sandy soil improvement

Внесение в дерново-подзолистую песчаную почву торфонавозного компоста и суглинка оказало положительное влияние на ее агрохимические свойства, в результате чего увеличилось количество микроорганизмов различных физиологических групп, и возросла активность гидролитических ферментов. Особенно заметно возрастала численность бактерий круговорота азота, что имеет важное значение для повышения плодородия песчаных почв. В условиях оптимизации песчаной почвы наблюдается повышение активности гидролитических ферментов (протеаза, уреаза, инвертаза), катализирующих реакции расщепления органических веществ. Активизация биологических процессов в оптимизированной песчаной почве обеспечивала формирование высоких урожаев картофеля и ячменя. Торфование и землевание дерново-подзолистой песчаной почвы является эффективным агротехническим приемом, повышающим урожай картофеля на 76-126% и урожай ячменя на 81-140%. При этом, в зерне ячменя и клубнях картофеля возрастает содержание протеина и таких микроэлементов, как медь, цинк, марганец и железо.

English. Adding of peat-manure compost and loam to the sandy soddy-podzolic soil had a positive impact on its agrochemical properties. As a result the number of microorganisms of different physiological groups and activity of hydrolytic enzymes increased. The number of bacteria of the nitrogen cycle increased significantly, what is important for increasing the fertility of sandy soils. In the conditions of optimization of sandy soil there was observed the increase in the activity of hydrolytic enzymes (protease, urease, invertase) which catalyze the cleavage reaction of organic substances. Activation of biological processes in the optimized sandy soil stimulated the formation of high yields of potatoes and barley. Use of peat and earthing of sod-podzolic sandy soil is an effective agrotechnical measures that increase the yield of potatoes at 76-126% and barley harvest at 81-140%. Thus, these measures made it possible to increase the protein content and trace elements such as copper, zinc, manganese and iron in the grain of the barley and potato tubers.
