Liming influence of lowland peat soil on the productivity of meadow herbage

English. In course of the research there was studied the effect of liming fertilizers on productivity of perennial grasses with hay using peat soils. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed that to make effective use of peat soils it was necessary to ensure improvement of their fertility by liming and mineral fertilizers. In conducting research was investigated the effects of lime in doses of 5, 10, and 15 t/ha of СаСO3 on the productivity of cereal grass stand with different levels of the mineral nutrition. It was established that the greatest effect provided soil application of 10 t/ha of СаСOЗ. Average productivity of perennial gramineous grasses amounted to 63.8 t/ha with a total effectiveness of 4.5 cwt/ha per 1 ton of ameliorant.
Show more [+] Less [-]Russian. Для эффективного использования торфяных почв необходимо обеспечить повышение их плодородия путем известкования и внесения минеральных удобрений. При проведении исследований было изучено влияние извести в дозах 5, 10, и 15 т/га СаСО3 на продуктивность злакового травостоя при разных уровнях минерального питания. Установлено, что наибольший эффект обеспечивает внесение в почву 10 т/га СаСО3. Средняя урожайность многолетних злаковых трав со-ставила 63,8 ц/га при суммарной эффективности 4,5ц/га на 1 т мелиоранта.
