In the review of the literature were taken up questions of application of agrotechnical receptions (uses of organic and mineral fertilizers, ameliorants, growth plants regulators, etc.), directed on overcoming of negative influence of soil pollution and green plants in city conditions. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Based on an analysis of published data it was showed that in modern urban environments there was a problem of soil pollution and green spaces pollutants (water-soluble compounds of sodium and chlorides and heavy metals), which adversely affected the growth and development of greenery. To reduce the negative impact on the components of the urban environment (soil and green spaces) and the extension of the green spaces, it was possible through the use of various management practices including the use of organic, mineral and bacterial fertilizers, ameliorants, plant growth regulators on the background of the protective measures against diseases and pests.
