The adaptation of plants on the modified ion-exchange substratum of 'Triona'

English. The process of plant adaptation during their vegetative propagation appears one of the most important in botany science. The main factor influencing the process of adaptation to new growing circumstances represents humidity conditions of root system. The main goal of the research presented in the article appears modification of composition of ion-exchange substrate Triona due to addition of different hydro gels for optimization of the adaptation conditions for tropical plants. The data about rizogeneze and morphometric parameters of the regenerants of dioscorea (Dioscorea alata L.), which are developed on the modified ion-exchange substratum Triona, with the use of a new class of soil meliorant - the hydro gels of different composition, capable of absorbing and of retaining in the swollen state an enormous quantity of moisture with the dissolved in it nutrients are presented. Исследовалась адаптация тропических интродуцентов invivo на модифицированном по композиционному составу ионообменном субстрате Триона путем добавления различных гидрогелей. Было показано, что используя новый класс почвенных мелиорантов - гидрогелей различного состава, способных поглощать и удерживать в набухшем состоянии огромное количество влаги с растворенными в нем питательными веществами, можно модифицировать влажностные свойства ионообменного субстрата Триона для ускорения процессов адаптации нового для Беларуси интродуцента диоскореи (Dioscorea alata L.).
