English. In course of the research there was studied adaptation of Humulus lupulus L. varieties after in vitro propagation. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus at the Department of Biotechnology of the Institute for Fruit Growing. For the first time in Belarus the base for production of healthy plant material of hop were established, including the selection of adaptation substrates and estimation of ex vitro acclimatization effectiveness of hop plantlets. As a result of realized research there were revealed three substrates: two substrates at the first stage of adaptation, and one - in the second. The effectiveness of adaptation ex vitro: on the substrate BIONA - 112-100%, on the substrate perlite - 98%, in peat substrate in the second stage adaptation -100%. Morphological indicators adaptable plants, including plant height, the average length of roots, number of internodes were studied. Micropropagation of plants in tissue culture produced a large number of plants from single meristems within one year. Seedlings obtained by micropropagation, were free of bacterial and largely from a viral infection.
