Physiological state and productivity of bull-calves fed with grains of new varieties of cruciferous and legumes

English. The feed additives consisting from canola, lupine, vetch and mineral-and-vitamin premix, making positive impact on the physiological state and productivity of bull-calves are developed and scientifically proved. Using in rations of bull-calves the additives in compound feed allows to optimize fractional structure of protein, that provides increase of amount of volatile fatty acids by 10-12% in the rumen of young cattle, increase the digestibility of dry and organic substances, protein, cellular tissue, fat on 3-4%, ammonia reduction by 12-14%, urea amount by 16-21% in the blood. Inclusion of feed additives in structure of compound feed КР-3 to bull-calves at the age of 6-12 months and feeding them as part of the winter and summer rations allows us to receive a daily average gain 861 - 891 g with feed consumption of 7,3-7,5 centers of feed units. Profit from reducing the cost of growth per head for the experience makes 163,4-236,5 thousand rubles. Feed additives with import-substituting protein components can produce feed for young cattle at growing on meat, not conceding in feeding and nutritional value to the standard compound forages KR-1, KR-2 and KR-3, but at a cost cheaper by 6-7%.

Разработаны и научно обоснованы кормовые добавки, состоящие из рапса, люпина, вики и минерально-витаминного премикса, оказывающие положительное влияние на физиологическое состояние и продуктивность бычков. Использование в рационах бычков в составе комбикормов кормовой добавки позволяет оптимизировать фракционный состав протеина, что обеспечивает увеличение в рубце молодняка крупного рогатого скота количества летучих жирных кислот на 10-12%, повышение переваримости сухого и органического веществ, протеина, клетчатки, жира на 3-4%, снижение содержания аммиака на 12-14%, уровня мочевины в крови на 16-21%. Включение в состав комбикормов КР-3 бычкам в возрасте 6-12 месяцев кормовых добавок и скармливание их в составе зимних и летних рационов позволяет получать среднесуточные приросты на уровне 861-891 г при затратах кормов 7,3-7,5 ц корм. ед. Прибыль от снижения себестоимости прироста в расчете на голову за опыт составляет 163,4-236,5 тыс. рублей. Кормовые добавки с использованием импортозамещающих белковых компонентов позволяют производить комбикорма для молодняка крупного рогатого скота при выращивании на мясо, не уступающие по кормовой и питательной ценности стандартным комбикормам КР-1, КР-2 и КР-3, но по стоимости ниже на 6-7%.
