Genetic and proteomic analysis for evaluation of economically useful traits among animal breeds

English. Use of DNA-markers, characterizing separate quantitative economic indexes, appears a perspective direction of agricultural animals’ selection. Therefore, active utilization of protein markers in muscular tissue of agricultural animals for evaluation of different meat parameters and for the control of technological processes of meat processing appears a serious scientific problem. The main goal of the research appears investigation of the molecular, genetic and proteomic status of agricultural animals for evaluation of economically effective characteristics. The article reflects the genetic differences in the distribution of alleles FABP, RYR1 and PRKAG3 responsible for the meat quality between pig breeds on the farms of the country. Proteome profile of pigs muscle has been shown to depend on the direction of productivity and has been allowed to establish the nature of inheritance of proteins by crossbreeding. The proteomic markers of swine meat productivity have been revealed and identified. The obtained results can be used in future swine breeding.

Обнаружено, что между отдельными особями пород свиней на сельхозпредприятиях страны существуют генетические различия по распределению аллельных вариантов генов FABP, RYR1 и PRKAG3, отвечающих за качество мяса. Протеомный профиль мышечной ткани свиней зависит от направления продуктивности, а также позволяет установить характер наследования белков при скрещивании пород. Идентифицированы протеомные маркеры мясной продуктивности свиней. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы в селекции свиней.
