On the question of working out of the electrified machine for strip reseeding of grass in vegetable layer

Russian. До недавнего времени привод рабочих органов мобильных сельхозмашин производился или от их колес, или от ВОМ трактора через редукторы, карданные, цепные или ременные передачи. В семеочистителях и др. стационарных машинах привод был от приводного шкива трактора или от его ВОМ. В статье рассмотрена принципиальная схема электрифицированной машины для полосного подсева семян трав в дернину с автономным электрогенератором для привода вертикальных почвенных фрез. Выведена формула расчета требуемой мощности для привода таких фрез, приведена соответствующая номограмма, а также фотография экспериментальной установки. Внедрение электрифицированной машины для полосного подсева семян трав в дернину в производство позволит значительно улучшить качество выполняемой операции и поднять сельхозмашиностроение на более высокий уровень.

English. Until recently, the drive of mobile agricultural machine working parts was made from their wheels or by tractor PTO through reducers, drive, chain or belt drives. In seed cleaners and others stationary machines the drive was from drive pulley of the tractor or from it PTO. The fundamental scheme of an electrified machine with autonomous power generator for driving gear of vertical soil cutters for the strip reseeding of grass in vegetable layer is considered in this article. The formula for power calculating of driving these cutters is deduced, a corresponding alignment chart is presented as well as the photography of the experimental installation. Introduction of the electrified machine for strip reseeding of grass in vegetable layer into production will allow to greatly improve quality of carried out operation and raise agricultural machinery to a higher level.
